Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as one of the public service providers that supplies statistical data and information, continually strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has routinely conducted the Consumer Satisfaction Survey (SKM) every year, which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to assess consumer satisfaction with BPS data services but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the implementation of the 2024 SKD is presented in the form of a publication titled "Analysis of the BPS Data Needs Survey Results 2024." This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of the performance of BPS data services as well as consumer perceptions of the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index. (IPAK). This publication is made possible thanks to the good cooperation between the related work units. We hope this publication can be beneficial in improving the quality of data and the performance of BPS services. Constructive suggestions and feedback are highly anticipated for future improvements.
