The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels during April 2023 reached 34.83 percent or decreased by 4.96 points compared to March 2023 which was 39.79 percent. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-star hotels reached 18.36 percent, an increase of 0.25 points compared to March 2023 which was 18.11 percent.
When compared to the same month in the previous year, TPK for star hotels decreased by 3.79 points and non-star hotels increased by 0.22 points.
The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at Bintang Hotels in April 2023 reached 1.71 days or decreased by 0.13 points compared to March 2023 which was 1.84 days. Meanwhile, the RLMT of Non-Star Hotels in April 2023 reached 1.56 days or decreased by 0.03 points compared to March 2023.
