Data Companion - The Supiori Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) continues to finalise preparations for the National Economic Survey (Susenas) and the Integrated Household Survey (Seruti) for the third quarter of 2025. As a first step, training for field officers was conducted by national instructor Shodaidah Ika Mardani S.Tr.Stat on Tuesday-Thursday, 2-4 September 2025, at the BPS Supiori Regency Office Hall. The training was opened by the Head of the BPS Supiori Regency Subdivision and on the third day, it was closed by the Head of the BPS Supiori Regency.
In Supiori Regency itself, the Supiori Regency BPS has prepared 14 Susenas Seruti officers consisting of 9 Field Enumerators (PCL) and 5 Field Inspectors (PML) spread across 5 sub-districts. Each PCL will collect data from 10 sample households.
The September 2025 SUSENAS data collection aims to produce strategic indicators to support the national development agenda, one of which is the Neglect Indicator, Child Protection Index or Youth Development Index for provincial and national level estimates in 2025. Meanwhile, the implementation of Seruti is designed to compile quarterly household economic indicators. Seruti activities are integrated with the March and September SUSENAS Surveys, where the Seruti sample is dependent (the same) as the SUSENAS sample.
Seruti 2025 aims to obtain household economic statistics in the form of values and patterns of income, consumption expenditure, investment, and household financial transactions. While Susenas is conducted twice a year, in March and September, Seruti is conducted every quarter.
To all Pace-Mace in Supiori, let us support the implementation of the Susenas survey from BPS. Furthermore, for Pace-Mace who are interviewed as household samples, please provide complete information to the data collection officers (PS).
